Presenting the award to Nick Stanitz, President, was Vince Chiarello, Vice President, Professional Warranty Service Corporation, Chantilly Virginia. "The Summit Award is presented to those companies that have demonstrated the highest level of customer satisfaction over time", says Chiarello, "Oak Hill Builders and Developers unquestionably meets that standard. This outstanding ability to satisfy is prevalent throughout the entire company." PWC is a ten-year insured warranty program that is provided on all Oak Hill homes. The Builder's 10 year warranty is insured by a member company of Zurich U.S. an A.M. Best "A" Rated insurance carrier. The insured warranty program provides the best foundation for establishing the buyer-builder relationship by stating performance standards for warranty work. The program's insurance backs the builder's performance under the first two years of the warranty. The insurer assumes the builder's liability for the structure during years three through ten. Low cost binding arbitration is available throughout the ten years of the warranty to resolve any disputes, which may arise under the warranty.
